Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don’t need an account to place an order, but if you do create an account, it becomes easier for us to recommend you items for your next purchase. Also your data relating purchased products become more secure in our data base.

How do I know my order was successful?

After a successful transaction, you should receive an order confirmation email or see an order confirmation page. This email will contain your order number for any future queries.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, the company will notify you with an estimated lead time or offer options like partial shipment or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

You may call or email us for solving this issue, and we will require your order number for either changing or canceling your Order. But this may not be possible in case your Order has already been shipped to your address.

What is not covered under the warranty?

What happens if the warranty has expired?

Once the warranty expires, repairs or replacements may still be available but usually at the customer’s expense.

When will I receive my order?

Are spare parts available after purchase?

Do I need to register my product for after-sales service?

Mostly companies does not require product registration to activate after-sales services or warranty benefits, but sales representative will inform you if the product does require registration.
